What is your return policy?

  

We are dedicated to making your experience the best it can be. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, your order can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product. Please note that we deduct $8.00 for the return shipping fee.

Are hemp products legal to ship to my state?

 

Yes. With the passing of the 2018 Hemp Bill, CBD is federally legal and can be shipped to all 50 states.

Is Peaceful Lane allergen free?

 

Unfortunately, our products are made in a facility that may also process milk, soy, wheat, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish.
 

CBD

 

What is CBD or hemp extract?

 

CBD is short for cannabidiol which is a cannabinoid that is found in hemp. It is sometimes referred to as “hemp extract” and is one of 113 identified cannabinoids in the hemp plant. CBD is associated with the medicinal and healing properties of the plant that does not produce a high, unlike THC which is the psychoactive component. CBD is known to help relieve inflammation and discomfort, promote relaxation, and support our endocannabinoid system.
 

Is hemp the same as marijuana?

 

No. Hemp and marijuana are both members of the cannabis family, but hemp naturally contains less than 0.3% THC (delta-9-tetrahydrocannibinol), the compound associated with marijuana’s cerebral, psychoactive effects. 
 

How is CBD made?

 

First, the hemp plants are organically grown from seed on our family farm in Summerfield, NC. After a 3-4 month growing season, the plants are hand harvested and then taken through an onsite extraction process, in a process is very similar to how household cooking products like vanilla extract and olive oil are made. The hemp extract is then transferred to our formulation facility in Roxboro, NC and made into the products you know and love.

 

What does CBD do?

 

Many people use CBD in their daily routines to support their health for a variety of reasons. CBD has been known to help support cellular and molecular health. Among other benefits, our customers have found that CBD use helps relieve inflammation and discomfort and promotes relaxation. 

 

 Is CBD legal?

 

The 2018 Farm Bill made it federally legal to sell, procure, and consume hemp in the United States. Hemp-derived CBD products are legal in all 50 states and all Peaceful Lane products are fully tested to ensure that they meet the standards.  

 

Where does Peaceful Lane source it’s hemp?

 

Our hemp is organically grown and harvested on family-owned and operated farms in the USA. Our CBD is extracted in a cGMP certified facility in North Carolina by our partner Open Book Extracts.
