The Top 7 Benefits of CBD You Need to Know

  • As for specific anxiety disorders, a study review conducted in 2015 came to the conclusion that evidence from trials suggests CBD could have the potential to help with a variety of anxiety disorders, including:

    • Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
    • Panic disorder (PD)
    • Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
  • A more recent study conducted in 2020 in New Zealand, explored the benefits of CBD for participants' overall quality of life. Once the trial concluded, a group of participants reported a significant improvement in “their ability to perform daily functions” due to CBD’s reported ability to reduce pain, and anxiety.
